2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely by a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Our payment processor may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you access our website or Platform, we may automatically collect:

4.1 Program Description

Appraiser Machine offers an SMS text messaging program ("Appraiser Machine Alerts") to provide you with order updates, appointment reminders, inspection notifications, payment confirmations, account alerts, and other service-related communications.

4.2 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Appraiser Machine, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may opt in to text messages through account registration, account settings, or by other methods we make available.

4.3 Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on order volume and scheduled inspections. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing details.

4.4 Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Appraiser Machine unless you re-opt in. 4.6 No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging platform who are necessary for delivering messages. All other use of mobile information is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

4.7 Supported Carriers

Text messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may be limited depending on your carrier and coverage area.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

• Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service.
• After cancellation: Your data remains accessible for 90 days. During this period, you may export all of your data including orders, clients, invoices, and files.
• After 90 days: Your data is permanently deleted from our production systems.
• Backups: Backup copies are rotated and permanently removed within 30 additional days after deletion.
• SMS consent records: Opt-in consent records for text messaging are retained for a minimum of four (4) years as required by applicable telecommunications regulations.
• Financial records: Billing and transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years as required by tax and financial regulations.

Appraiser Machine is operated from the United States.
